Hello,

After I have updated my pro 360 to win 11 the Bluetooth have stopped working. Troubleshooting says no Bluetooth devices available. I have tried reinstall intel drivers, didn't help.  Have done computer factory reset, also didn't help.

I have bought it one week ago.

What could be the reason, what can I do? Or should I return the device to the shop?

Thanks,

Sergej

My Galaxy Book Pro 360 is doing the same thing. What are we supposed to do, Samsung? Anyone still working here or are your devices built to fail?

Bluetooth stopped working on my Galaxy Book after I restarted it a few days ago.  I'm still running Windows 10 on it so I downloaded the Windows 10 Media Creation tool and re-installed Windows 10.  I was still able to keep all my files and apps.  So far, Bluetooth is now working again.

Hello! I understand how this can be frustrating with your Bluetooth not working. This seems to be an update issue with Microsoft you can try going to your device manager and making sure your Bluetooth is enabled from there if it is not I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft for support.
