I have Oticon hearing aids connected to my phone with Oticon Companion. Everything was working fine the past year with using my Flip 4 phone. I took advantage of Samsung's offer and upgraded to the Flip 5. Since the upgrade to Flip 5, I am only receiving phone conversations and streamed audio through my right hearing aid. I have worked through this with Oticon and they indicate I have all Bluetooth and Companion settings correctly configured. They suggested I reach out to Samsung.

Hello there! 🙂 Have you attempted to reset network settings and starting from scratch? Settings>General management>Reset>Reset network settings. This clears all Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connections and settings and you will have to reestablish them.

Resetting network settings and multiple reboots of the left hearing aid finally resulted in both hearing aids receiving streaming audio. For anyone trying this, the first few times after the reset your phone may not pair with the left hearing aid. Keep trying and it ultimately will pair. Thanks for the help.
