Good day My wife's z flip 4 is experiencing issues after the Android 14 update yesterday. "isn't optimized for the latest version of Android. Screen touches may be delayed or not recognized" That message pops up from time to time on her phone and then the phone freezes perhaps an update will fix it?

I'm getting this since updating my S22. It seems to pop up whenever I'm trying to stream video on a streaming app like Netflix or Channel 4. The apps then stop working properly and responding to screen touches.

Hi, just bought the Samsung Galaxy Fold5 and getting this every day!!!  So annoying, please fix it!  I'm about to return the device, none of the workarounds or updates work and I work in IT!  My brother has the same phone but different launcher, no issue.  But I like OneUI as it is optimised for the fold.

This issue just started two days ago on my galaxy S24. The screen freezes and the only thing I could do is power it off.

Sooooo happy to report that my new S24 Ultra is also bugging out with this. Screen freezes, and that message pops up. Only way to free it up is a restart. So, @userikvm09jwe4n-moderator before you make bad suggestions. Yes, I just went through your suggestion fixes of clearing caches all the way down to factory reset, which was fun(thanks for that). Did it fix it? Most definitely not! Glad I went samsung instead of apple.

I have also this problem for the last 2 days. It seems that a background update messed all the devices by Samsung.

Even with these issues I'd still rather samsung over apple every single time zero hesitation.
Also, just started having the same problem on a flip yesterday.

Same for me. Just bought s24 ultra 3 month ago, and last week it started getting this bug. I updated the software, didn't help, did everything in the suggestion post, didn't help. 

It's very annoying, do you have a solution?

I just upgraded from an S22 Ultra to an S24 Ultra because of this, only to have it start happening on the S24.
