Buds 3 pro tips and earbuds don't match

Removed buds 3 pro tips for cleaning unable to put them back on. Searched a bit online and found mine are completely different. Tips received with buds are different and replacement tips are different. My buds doesn't even have groves for ear tips.Need help!!!!

M size ear tip included with buds 3 pro.

They are ear buds pro 3 what happened is when you took the ear tip out the base that snaps on the actual buds got stuck on there happen to me my first pair if you have some tweaser or a Pick try removing it without damaging the buds.
