How to remove tips on Buds 3pro

The tips are delicate, you have to invert the tips before you remove them, then pull away from the side.

Do not try to pull them as you would older versions!

Hey Robin! Thanks so much for posting these steps!

In addition to being sure you invert the tips and pull them from the base, be sure to pull the entire tip and not just the base. Also, do not attempt to remove the tips with your fingernails.
