Buds Pro 3 Ear tip ripped off trying to replace

I just received my Buds Pro 3 today and wanted to replace the ear tips.  One came off ok, the other ripped.  Not a good start 😞

Had one of mine rip. I contacted Samsung, and they are replacing them.

Yep. Samsung knows about the problem and are halting shipments to get a handle on the quality control

I haven't had to replace tip. Medium is a perfect fit!

I had both sides rip. The part you are suppose to flip up tore at the base of the hard plastic and then the other side everything came off except for the hard plastic. Had to find something to pry the plastic off the ear piece. Decided to change ear tips after using buds for a day and having them fall out my ear after a couple of minutes.

Yeah its like a sweet spot u need to pull at to get it off safely. I had mine ripped too but i dont really care much sinc eim not using that size

I've tried to get replacement tips by calling Samsung. I was transferred three times and when I finally got the correct group, they wanted a picture of the damage. I guess I was out of patience at this point and told them I just wanted replacements but no luck. I told the person I should just send them back and she hung up the phone! Samsung, if you're out there please fix this.

Yep, same  exact experience. They just hang up. Probably haven't been given a resolution path yet. I almost feel bad for the support teams....they are going to get a lot of call in the few days.

Fed up. Buds pro then Buds Pro 2.... problems with fitting now Buds 3 pro..... I'll sell this garbage and buy some pixel buds.
