I have galaxy buds 33AA and they were working fine till yesterday. I tried unpairing and pairing them again. Tried increasing the bud volume and it's to the max level. Increased the media volume and nothing ..found one solution online in developers option and diasbled absolute volume sync and still nothing. I don't have audio media sync in the blutooth advance setting so that's not an option. My phone is Galaxy S10+
Solved! Go to Solution.

I'm running on R170XXU0ASJ2. Is it a firmware issue?

Galaxy BudsI am now having this exact same problem, this morning I was listening to music and it sounded just fine, then later the right got quieter. At this point I simply went to the hearing section in the settings and made the right earbud louder. This solution only lasted about an hour until the right earbud went almost completely silent. At this point I am severely disappointed with the galaxy buds, everything leading up to this event had been perfectly fine but one earbud working is useless to me.

Galaxy BudsI HAVE THE SOLUTION! This will work but you may not like having to adjust you valoume in each ear when switching other headphones. Go to general in stettings, click on accesability, then click on hearing and you can change which ear get more volume! This is a work-around fix and not a true fix. But I be jammin!!
