I have galaxy buds 33AA and they were working fine till yesterday. I tried unpairing and pairing them again. Tried increasing the bud volume and it's to the max level. Increased the media volume and nothing ..found one solution online in developers option and diasbled absolute volume sync and still nothing. I don't have audio media sync in the blutooth advance setting so that's not an option. My phone is Galaxy S10+
Solved! Go to Solution.

Galaxy BudsI was listening to my music when the right earbud just went very quiet that I thought it stopped working. It didn't stop, just very quiet that I can barley hear out of it. I clean out wax pretty often, so that wasn't it. I don't know what else I can do.

Galaxy BudsTry looking in the Galaxy Wearable app. It may be your equalizer or a setting.

Galaxy BudsI purchase my samsung galaxy earbuds a few months ago, and now my right earbud has no sound. I can still adjust the volume on my left earbud with my right bud, both buds still charge. Any ideas?
