Galaxy buds series volume is low

I have galaxy buds 33AA and they were working fine till yesterday. I tried unpairing and pairing them again. Tried increasing the bud volume and it's to the max level. Increased the media volume and nothing ..found one solution online in developers option and diasbled absolute volume sync and still nothing. I don't have audio media sync in the blutooth advance setting so that's not an option. My phone is Galaxy S10+

My right ear bud has suddenly because really quite ? Been through a few fixs nothing seems to be working any ideas ?

Same thing for me. Galaxy buds, wired, I think it's a software bug.

Have you already tried resetting the buds through the wearables application?

Yes reset them , done the touch pad volume my left one is extremely load now ,can barely hear the right one

This happened to me a couple of times. I used a little bit of rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip and cleaned the mesh. I then used compressed air from a can...earwax buildup. Hope this helps.
