GalaxyBud stopped working out of nowhere

I put both buds to charge in the case, came back 2 hours and only the left one was fully charged. I left right earbud in there for another 2 hours n still no charge and the galaxy wearables app just shows an exclamation point for the right ear bud.

The case says its charging and its is taking the electricity form it but its not charging the right bud is completely fine but the left is not working ive even let it charge for 3 days to make sure but it just wont

Hi,

My left ear lost it's charge last night and it is not recharging.

I put it in it's case and I plugged it in with its original wire and the right one charges but not the left one. It's dead.

I have the same problem. I've reset my ear buds a couple of times. I've put the left ear bud on the charger by itself, isn't charging. I've put them both on, only charges the right ear bud. I've connected the Samsung adapter/cable, no dice. Please help. Ive had constant issues with these since Aug 2019 (got them in may 2019). Ive been able to finagle and resolve the other times it wasn't workong, but now it's just not fixing.
