I recently got the Galaxy Buds Live, and the fit isnt too great, but the website says it might be improved with something called "Buds Sleeves" but the human customer service people say there isn't such a thing and i can't get anything from the automated service. What gives?

I can get the buds live to fit correctly either. Add the sensitve touch controls (not a complaint on that) but I keep interrupting or initiating command processes while adjusting in ear. A CS agent via chat said I could purchase online, but thats not true either. I also need replacement wingtips. I have spent more than hour on this and still do not have resolution.
I called for support for my galaxy buds live for a replacement of ear tips because it was ripped and loose. Customer service just sent me to different sections of they're departments. In the end they weren't able to replace a simple ear tips. Which is supposed to be covered with warranty. Buy apple products instead, sammy sucks at customer care.
