About half of my text messages are not received by the recipient. I am in a remote area but have good wi-fi. My phone does not show the option for wi-fi calling on ANY settings menu anywhere on it. Please help!

Probably because it's carrier locked / specific

Yes, at least they did with my old phone, a galaxy 9. I have Verizon, and when I purchased a new phone unlocked I just switched the Sim card. Do you think that could be the problem?

Yea, call VZW up and ask them to re-provision you for WiFi calling and HD audio. Unfortunately it's hit or miss with unlocked S21's on VZW

@Whinney Since you are using a SIM card from an S9 it could be very old. I would recommend getting a new SIM card from Verizon. The new SIM card will have items provisioned correctly for the current cellular network.
