Galaxy S21I have for the last 6 months not been able to get notifications on my S21+ . Every. Single. app is up to date! All Notifications are turned on. the pops, the pings, you name it. Oh, I can get them for let's say "Mcburgers 'R Us" and the likes, but I've missed banking, social media, texts, and voicemail Notifications to no avail. What is even more bothersome is my old S10 (which I keep for these reasons) will absolutely get notifications for THIS PHONE when I am on Wi-Fi at home. I have to keep both phones together to get proper notifications. I am not the only person who experiences this and Samsung cannot possibly ignore this many requests for a fix. My cell provider has no clue how to fix it. It has to be the DEVICE and not the carrier.

Galaxy S21Try booting your phone into recovery mode and clearing the cache partition. Are you not getting the notifications at all or not the sounds?

Galaxy S21Hello, thanks for reaching out. If recovery mode device cache clear is not working, and all notifications settings are toggled on, the next thing to check is that you do not have Do Not Disturb on. This guide walks you through how to use it, and you can also use it to check this is not on: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077281/
If it is not this, then it may be time to try a factory reset. You should back up everything beforehand (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00060517/) then perform the factory reset (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/)
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1.
