“Password incorrect” after update, locked out of phone

My samsung s21 won’t let me unlock the phone after updating it. Whenever i try to unlock it with password it doesn’t and it won’t although I know my password like the back of my hand! Nothing like this ever happened to me or anyone i know. And yes, i did went to my local store and they said they can format it which is something i really don’t want to do I now reached one attempt every 30/60+ minutes and honestly I don’t know what to do
