Sound for notifications

Hi

For some reason I don't get sound notifications on my phone when my active 2 is on. Why? It worked on my galaxy note 9...just odd.

Are you stating that you hear NO sound notifications for ALL apps?

Or just notifications coming from your watch?

Also you state "when my Active 2 is on" ...

do you mean, "when it's connected to my phone via bluetooth" ??

no notifications on my phone for all apps. if I turn my watch off, I then get the sound notification on my phone. which seems odd as I before said it worked on my old phone.

have you checked the settings in the Galaxy Wearable app?

Go into Wear->Notifications. This is how I have mine set and I get them on watch and phone.

I had to tweak mine a bit to get it on both . really appreciate your help, it was driving me bananas.
