Apps not working on Wifi

This problem started a few weeks ago. But most of my apps will not work when I'm connected to wifi (any WiFi work home or public). The app would just spin and nothing will load, as soon as I turn off wifi the app would work immediately. 

I've cleared cache, reset network settings, deleted my wifi networks, nothing works. Other devices on the WiFi works just fine.
I've called Samsung tech support, zero help. They seem to think it's an issue with my phone but it's not. Because my wife has the same issue and she has the Note 11. So I think it's probably a recent update. Who knows when they'll fix it.
A temporary fix I found is if I turn on my VPN (I use NordVPN) then it works. But as soon as I turn off my VPN it'll stop working.
 
I think I'm done with Samsung phones. This S22 is  Got this phone 3 months ago and it's been nothing but issues, everything from fast draining batteries, it's actually slower than my previous s21 Ultra. I think I'm switching to iPhone next. I've been using Samsung for the last 10 years but I'm done. I hate this

It's good to know Samsung still hasn't fixed this issue. All the bloatware apps that come with the phone experience it more. But Spotify/YouTube/Netflix/Instagram/Facebook all experience the same issues. 

I've also found that when hitting the navigation bar then swiping to close apps isn't closing them properly anymore.  Need to click the app icon and force close. And if I do this 5-6 times it will start working on wifi.

Same issue here with the S10, bought the S23 still issues. My samsung tablet, same issue. My question in this thread is why has Samsung not acknowledged this thread (or did I just not see thier response?)

Same issue with S20 FE. I cannot use some apps on WI-FI, but once i turn on my mobile data everything is fine. I hope they will fix this in the next OS update, it is just very annoying.

Has anyone tried Reset All Settings, Safe Mode or Factory Reset? 

Also, be sure to submit an error report. 

Reproduce the issue and then open the Samsung Members app, click on Support (Lower right)->Feedback->Send Error Report,  Remember to check on "Send System Data Log"

Yes, Bill-E we have tried and nothing works. I reset my router and things are fine for a handful of hrs and then back to the madness of half my apps only working once I turn off wifi. This is def an issue with the OS sand known issue thats been reported. Samsung is chosing to ignore.

Does it happen with any WiFi or just at home?  Have you updated the firmware on the router>  Is this a WiFi 6 router.... if so, try connecting only to a 2.4 or 5g ssid.

Galaxy S22.  Several apps won't load.  If I turn off wi-fi, everything works fine.
