Can't set up WIFI calling in Caribbean

Wifi Calling, currently in the Caribbean and not able to set up wifi calling. Has anyone experienced this on anS22 Ultra?

Wifi Calling is a carrier specific feature that is not available in all countries or regions. You can type Skype, Whatsapp, or Facebook Messanger (Just to name three alternate methods.).
