Thank you so much for posting this. Samsung is looking into this situation further and would like to gather additional details and logs from the device to determine why this could be occurring. We would ask that anyone experiencing these symptoms submit an error report. In the details include the following hashtag: #SCommunity
Also, we ask that you please make sure that when you submit the error report that the issue is presenting itself at the time of reporting.

Steps for Submitting an error report:
1. Open the Menu
2. Press & Hold Samsung Members Icon, Then Tap Error Reports
3. Select the Category of Your Report
4. Make Sure That "Send System Log Data" is Selected to Help Resolve Your Questions Quickly and Describe Your Problem in Details (Make sure to include the hashtag #SCommunity)
5. Change the Frequency, and send.

Galaxy S22Why is this flagged as solved. That's very misleading. Collecting logs for debugging is a troubleshooting step. Not a solution. This issue is not "Solved". This is a fake solution.
We use Google Fi also and had to stop using our Samsung phone that we are still paying for due to this. This is very basic functionality that makes the phone difficult to use when broken.
Another weird symptom is that when someone calls. The phone gets confused about who is calling. Sometimes we get notifications that someone else tried to call when they didn't.
Is Samsung actually looking into this or is this just a random suggestion from a third party individual suggesting to send logs? Why wouldn't Samsung respond saying they are looking into it.
All Samsung or Google wanted to do was replace our new phone with a refurb for an obvious software issue.
