Galaxy S23Hey there! I can certainly understand how frustrating it is when your device's battery is draining more than designed. I have this article that may help: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001388/
Clearing the device's cache partition can also help:
- Power off your device.
- While the device is powered off, simultaneously press and hold the power and volume up buttons.
- Once the Samsung logo appears, release both buttons. Your device should boot into recovery mode.
Using the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select:
- Navigate to "wipe cache partition" and press power.
- Select yes to confirm.
- Navigate down to "Repair apps" and press power.
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For international customers, please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
