I recently bought a 45 watt charger so my S24U can charge even quicker than before, however, when I plug the charger in, it REPEATEDLY uncharges, then charges, uncharges, then charges, and the constant vibration and the screen pop-up is driving me insane. Does anybody know how to solve this?
Hello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out. I can certainly understand your frustration with the repeated charging then not charging occurring. As @patriciostarr suggested, try different cables to see if that makes any difference. If not, check the charging port to see if there is any damage there. If other cables do the same thing, and/or you see any damage to the charging port, service will be needed.
