So I got my galaxy watch before I turned 22, so I was unable to use the ECG.
Now that I am 22 and have been for 4 months, I would really like to be able to use this feature, but it says I can't because I'm still under age. Is there any way to bypass this or could somebody help me figure it out?
Are you located in the US? To my knowledge this restriction is based on federal laws in each country, in this case the FDA makes the decision. This could be due to the fact that ECGs for watches have been tested on individuals within a certain age range to achieve more accurate measurements, or to allow for complete development/growth of the heart. You could always just lie about your age ever so slightly lol.
Here is how to activate blood pressure. You should be able to setup ECG too. Just be sure to fib a bit with age just in case. Be sure to follow the steps precisely. I had no problem doing this on my watch. Should work for all Galaxy Watches 4 and up. 🙂

Not sure if it will help or not, but I use a sideloaded modded version of Samsung Health Monitor that lets me use ECG and Blood Pressure, despite BP not being available in the US. If you don't want the hassle of doing that, maybe try contacting Samsung support directly and see what they can on their end.
