Galaxy WatchIt starts to appear just recently, and I checked that Weather app also has the cannot-be-disabled notification permission, yet doesn't offer an in-app option to stop sending me those notifications. I seriously wish that I can only receive the notifications I expect since we are not on an Apple walled garden. I'll keep my word that I won't purchase any Samsung device if it is not fixed.
I was glad to see that we are finally allowed to disable the daily target notification from Health even tho that only took them half a year to implement, and now Samsung is forcing another one. I don't understand why Samsung is so obsessed with sending some useless notifications DAILY, is someone pointing them with a gun that they must cause the users some trouble????? Now I'm really missing Tizen watches.
There are other people bothered:

Galaxy WatchIt is not disable-able on the watch that's the sole reason I'm asking, which I have presented in a screenshot in the comments above, you should probably take a look... I do appreciate you trying to help but it won't help to give answers that won't work at all, despite I have expressed that MULTIPLE times and you still insist on me to apply that. It's like ChatGPT making up things and insisting me to believe that is the truth, it causes nothing but annoyance. Besides, it's also seriously confusing to those who actually know the right answer, making them ignore this post because you have offered one that they don't know that is incorrect.

Galaxy WatchBTW if you are running the latest version you'll find that there's no such an option.

Galaxy WatchThanks but no... I can confirm the one sending the notification is Weather by Samsung not Breezy Weather. Tapping that notification opens Weather app on the watch.

Galaxy WatchWow the attempted solutions in this thread are actively unhelpful. The person posting the query made the very valid point that weather notifications are annoying, and there is literally NOWHERE to turn them off.
We don't need someone asking if we've tried turning them off on our phone, then saying their hardware isn't the same, then getting uppity.
What we need is someone who knows how to stop these unwanted, unblockable, unturnoffable notifications from appearing on our watch now we've got One UI 6. If you haven't got One UI 6, and you don't know how to turn it off, go farm likes elsewhere. If you know, bring forth your knowledge and win all of my and the OPs like points.

Galaxy WatchOkay OP, I've tried this and it potentially might work.
Open Wearable on your phone.
Scroll down to Apps.
Scroll down to Weather (the rubbish searing blue icon with a cloud)
Pick App Settings (you can also force stop at the bottom right if you want)
Pick Settings
Pick Auto Refresh (bottom option)
Change to Never.
So far so good. No guarantee but might solve it. Good luck.

Galaxy WatchThat sounds like a solution for the notifications but would it break the function of the Weather app? Turning off auto refresh does feel like getting rid of the app itself. But thanks!

Galaxy WatchI noticed the daily or twice daily "weather" app notifications that can't be turned off anywhere the DAY after the watch OS update.
I continue to search for a way to disable the notification w/o disabling the app functionality itself. The notifications make me think I have something important, ie-Text, missed call, etc, rather than just a 24/12 hour updated forecast.
Thank you to those that tried, but failed to grasp the details of this irritating little app update. HOPEFULLY Samsung will read this and let us TURN OFF THE NOTIFICATION!!!
@samsung:You wanna be Apple? We'll go elsewhere, try me/us.

Galaxy WatchI agree this is annoying. Samsung should stop to enable notifications we didn't ask, and this is a silly one.
As a standard procedure: Any single notifiation that you want to send show on the watch (or phone), you should have a configuration so at least we can disable it.
