My galaxy active is not registering my workouts on this app called workout trainer. This is very essential because it tells me my heart rate and the next workouts I'm doing. I really need to see how to fix this please
Hi Qik, To help to find out what might be happening, a few pieces of info will help: 1) Did the Workout trainer app, the galaxy active, and/or your phone recently receive any updates? If so, contacting the respective parties for technical support might be best. 2) As a basic measure, restart your active & the phone you're running the workout trainer app from. 3) Unpair & re-pair your active with your phone. 4) Check the permissions of the app, the active, and any permissions that are app-specific (that is, inside the trainer app if there's anything which requires special access to fitness trackers).
