My s9 was doing great until it stopped giving notification sounds for texts and emails. Samsung tech support could not figure it out. I unpaired my watch and the sounds are fine. How can I pair my watch again and keep sounds on my phone?
Have you confirmed you have your notification sounds enabled on the watch?
Also, Give these steps a try: go to the wearables app > tap on notifications > tap on see all notifications > there is an option called mute connected phone.
