About two days ago I started having problems with my watch like, the screen turning on and off, changing its face or moving to other screens, making calls on its own and now the touchscreen is not responding and is not turning off when I cover the screen with my palm. It felt like it had a mind of its own. I tried rebooting the watch but nothing changed. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO. I LIKE MY WATCH A LOT. I did not know how much I depend on it, I want to get it fixed. Help me please. Thank you.

Have you tried resetting your watch? Give this link a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/
If you continue to experience these symptoms, I would recommend a service repair. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
