I just received my active 2 in the mail , bought used but in great condition barely worn . Trying to connect it to my phone and it will not connect??? how do you factory restart the watch??? I have tried following directions but it will not let me. I need help ,I own a Samsung Galaxy phone as well so the connection should in all theory be easy...
