Galaxy WatchI have the Active 2 Watch for about a year and lately I noticed that during working out the watch stops counting my heart rate, even though the watch hasn't been removed and the green lights seems to work fine, I have to stop the exercise, remove my watch put it again and wait till it starts measuring again. This may happen 3-4 times during working out and it's getting really annoying.
Does anyone have similar issues? Do you know how to resolve it?

I understand how frustrating this is. Here are some steps you can check that may help with the sensor. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003204/ You can also try resetting the watch. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702 If the sensor is still not working correctly, it would be recommended to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician.
For out of warranty repairs, please give this link a try to set up service for your buds: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/ or you can reach out to our customer service team directly at 1-800-726-7864.
For international devices, please reach out to a support team in your area for further assistance: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
