The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. š”

Check Samsung Cloud for any automatic backups.
Try unpairing and repairing the watch to re-establish the connection.
Contact Samsung Support for a more advanced solution.
Consider looking into alternatives if Samsung's system is no longer working for you.

Galaxy WatchAs to backups, auto backup had not worked in any way shape or form for 4 months or so, so there are literally no backups to restore from. This is why Samsung **bleep** me off by removing manual backup, if I had that I could have a backup to restore. So am looking at selling both watches and getting a nice NORMAL digital watch.

Galaxy WatchI'm here for the same reason. š£ In addition to that, I have an unremovable notification about daylight savings time as well.
The moderator said it's a bluetooth connectivity issue, but that would make sense if the problem was the watch was merely not staying connected. That doesn't explain why the watch is forcing me to do a disconnect, reset, and re-pair.
Nevertheless, I hope it is released soon and it works. I'm about to reset my phone for the second time since Christmas now.

Every single time I put my watch on the charger or it disconnects from my phone it makes me reset my phone and reset my watch back to factory default before it will let either one connect to each other fix this Samsung I'm about tired of your piece of **bleep** equipment

Galaxy WatchBoth of my watches are LTE not activated.
I am not having that issue.
It's unconscionable Samsung has not issued a fix for this problem.
I think maybe you should report it in the support section of the Members app in feedback.
They might have a solution
