I have tried everything from the smartthings to uninstall and re install apps and factory reset the watch nothing works

@cleadus You need to download and use the Galaxy Wearable app to connect the Watch 3 to your S22 Ultra.

I have tried that my s22 wont find it I had it paired to an s8 active until lastnight

@cleadus On your watch, did you select the option to pair to a new phone? It will reset your watch and it will look for a new phone.

Yes I figured it out finally I wasn't allowing the app enough permission
