My active 2 watch is stuck on water lock mode. I have held down power button on watch but it only comes up to Samsung Pay, but the icon for the water lock stays on screen and I can not do any features on the watch. It keeps time, but that's it. I cant get it out of water lock mode. Anyone else have this happen or any ideas of how to fix this issue?

If you are unable to turn off water mode by using the home/power button on your device, I would recommend resetting your watch. Give this link a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/
If you continue to experience these symptoms after resetting the watch, I would recommend a service repair.
