I agree......first you start with @samsung978531, then you @ President Trump. He's too busy to fool with blue ray issues......however, it just takes 1 mention and millions will see it.

My BD-J5700 just started cycling on and off 6/23/20, it is only 2 years old as I bought it 6/21/18. Almost two years to the date it starts doing this? It is too new! I've seen countless other people are having this issue with their players. I've spoken with Samsung Customer Service Chat and they stated they're "aware of the issue" and to "be patient". I have spent thousands on Samsung products for my home but will not continue if they cannot resolve this issue. I left the unit unplugged for several hours and tried other troubleshooting ideas from the community to no avail.

I have 3 of the exact same models that just started doing the same thing over the last 4 days.

This is so odd. When you call 1-800-SAMSUNG and mention Blu-Ray Players it states they're aware of a continuous booting issue with 2015 Blu-Ray Players and Home Theater Systems and are working to resolve the matter. Hopefully it's sooner than later.

Ive been having same issues. We don't have cable so we rely on ours to watch Netflix or Amazon prime
