Hallo!

 

I am experiencing the exact same technical dysfunctions with my Samsung Blu-ray Player model BD-J5700, that other users have reported within this forum. It has been kaput since early last week!! Yah. Samsung is aware of the so-called "boot loops"of their Blu-ray players? I wonder?? Usually, the phrase.."looking into this further" means that nothing actually been done. My patience with this very irritating rubbish, is near it's end. And I am  seriously considering to file a complaint with the FTC , as well as any other appropriate regulatory agency. Because,  I want to either have my defective device to be restore to it's original state cost-free. Or to be replaced!! Hollow assurances from Samsung is NOT acceptable!!

Well I am extremely glad to know that my HTS isn't completely dead; however, I am disappointed that this has been going on a week with NO resolution! Not good Samsung, not good!

Where's the solution?!  I have three of these and none of them are working now!  Samsung needs to repair, replace, or refund these devices.

Still no response from Samsung. Wow, stellar customer service - leaving hundreds of folks worldwide hanging without any update.

 

I went to Samsung's Twitter feeds and see that this issue has been picked up by many tech blogs and online magazines.

They said by Friday they should have a solution that's in 2 days people if they think that things are bad now they have no idea the surge of angry people that's coming there way Samsung hurry
