Home TheaterPosting that you are aware of the problem as the solution is bad form. This problem is NOT solved! You should remove this immediately. My blu-ray player is certainly not working yet.

Sabrina, thanks for the update but that's not really a solution to issue.

Home TheaterTelling us you are aware of a problem doesn't make the issue resolved. Marking it, as such, is blatant dishonesty. This Issue has NOT been resolved.

Home Theaterget rid of"Solved check mark" on your post. You guys need to step it up or I will never buy Samsung again. I have been a loyal Samsung buyer for the last 20 years. You will lose me and a lot of other people as well!

Home TheaterHave three samsung blu-ray players (all different models) and one sony blu-ray players in my home. Needless to say, this is unique to the Samsung units. Within a week, the chips have fallen one-by-one. Connect power>Unit cycles off/on repeatedly>can not control via faceplate or remote>tv shows input as bluray and either flashes the samsung logo ot toggles between 1080p and 440p>One unit is a surround sound combo unit and mysteriously the speakers all stopped working a week ago. Please advise.
