Home TheaterI'm rather amazed at the silence coming from Samsung on this issue. I hope their plan is not to ignore the issue and hope people lose interest. If I have to buy a new home theater because of Samsung, I'm sending them the bill. And what's with the"Solved" notations? That's just ludicrous.

Home TheaterTo o u need to move a lot faster on this solution. Disappointed such a large company can't respond more rapidly. No one remembers all the good things, only the bad. This one is really BAD!!!
Losing a loyal customer!

Home TheaterWhy don't you put this on the Samsung website or other central link/website. So we can find the solution!

Home TheaterSabrina, I think as a customer, os not to much to ask for an update on the boot loop of all the blu Ray, home theaters and DVD that Have the problem World Wide since last week!
Its not a Minor thing! We expect: communication and a solución.

Home TheaterA full week with no solution . . . just undo whatever you pushed out to all of us, then figure out the problem with the software on your own time. We can't use our SAMSUNG equipment!

Home TheaterMy Blu-ray player BD-JM57 cycling. I have not used it in several months, watched a movie on it Monday evening 6/22/2020 and everything was fine. Tried to watch another movie on it Tuesday evening 6/23/2020 and all it does is cycle. It will show screen during cycle for 1/2 second and then goes away. Only way to power off is to unplug. I have tried all of the thread options & like everyone else, nothing............. If you look at my purchased items through the years, I have been a good customer but future purchases hinge on this problem being resolved in a timely manner.
