Home TheaterI don't think the soundbar updates if it's the same firmware version (for those trying USB method). Samsung would have to issue a new firmware version for us to see if it works or not

Home Theaterrighty as there’s no official response by Samsung on this matter. If I do not receive my escalated call, regarding my right to a replacement under the U.K. Consumer Rights Act 2015. I will be going to the U.K. National Papers and also exercising my right to raise a card dispute to my card issuer to ensure I’ll get my money back. Should this poxy company unable to sort b their crappy mess out.
This means F’kd Samsung, return ‘Bricked’ Soundbar to retailer.
