Just a few hours ago we took ownership of a brand new Bespoke refrigerator with Family Hub, purchased directly from Samsung. We are having the screen blanking out while staying fully lit, or touch screen response failing from the start. When it happens, the only way to recover is by power cycling the screen via the red switch, or power cycling the fridge (this one done only once).
It took several resets just to be able to do the basic initial configuration (setting up region, language, wi-fi, software update, account sign-in). Several hours later it all seemed to work well, until I tried to wake up the screen via touch, and it does not respond.
Opening the fridge door wakes up the screen, but touch screen response is still gone. After a while, the screen saver appears, and another while later the screen goes to sleep.
Did I mention this brand new fridge was installed just a few hours ago? It is still empty inside. I am not a religious man, but I am convinced I am being punished for switching from LG.

Once these steps are completed, if the panel is still not responding, we would recommend service as the next step. Since you just purchased the refrigerator, you may want to check with your retailer about their exchange options.
