Electric flex duo range oven display not working so I can’t use my ovens

Kitchen and Family HubHello and thank you for reaching out our Samsung Community. I definitely understand your concern with not being able to use your oven and would love to assist you with this matter going forward.
First, we'd like for you to check the power supply, as the display will not work correctly if the range or oven isn't properly connected to a power supply.
Second, we ask for you to manually reset/ power cycle the oven by disconnecting power using you circuit breaker for 60 seconds then restore power and retry operating the oven's display panel.

Understandably, If the issue continues, you will need to visit our Support Center to request service or send a Private Message by selecting any moderator and clicking on the chat option with your full model and serial number to proceed.
