Ice bite maker temp sensor needs to be serviced

Ice bites maker still makes ice. Is this a software issue? If not can this part be replaced or do I have to replace entire ice maker assembly? I'm guessing the temp sensor is the pack underneath the ice try. Some try replacing this? Part number please.
