1. Inspect the power cord
*for your gas range, we advise testing the outlet with another item*
* if the issue is related to the outlet, Contact a licensed electrician*
2. Check your power supply
*depending on your model, it will need either a 120V or 240V connection*
The final option is to have the range serviced by a technician by using this link- https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or you can contact us directly using any contact method listed below for assistance with setting up service:
