If it is the oven light, page 15 of the user manual (linked below) can show you how to turn this off.
However, if it is the broiler turning on, could you confirm what, if anything, is lit up on the display panel? Lastly, have you been experiencing any other symptoms with this range?

I have the same issue with a 2021 Samsung NX60T gas range. Oven goes from off to on whenever the oven door is opened or closed. Seems several people have had that issue on a variety of ranges. Perhaps there is a common part that Samsung has been using on several ovens the past few years. The issue is a hazard. Perhaps Samsung should consider a recall rather than have each customer pay $200 to $300 for a technician to call.
I might add that Samsung was very good about fixing a similar common issue with respect to our side by side refrigerator icemaker. Turns out a specific model had a freeze up problem and Samsung replaced the icemaker and now it works great. That kind of support for its products makes me comfortable with my Samsung TV and Gas Range.
