Do you mean you removed the ice hopper to clean it out? Did you re-seat it properly? Did you turn the ice maker off when you took the bin out and forgot to put it back on? Did you reset the ice-maker? Is there frost on the ice maker mechanism that would prevent the ice from dropping into the bucket? Which type of refrigerator do you have with which type of ice-maker?
Horrible Customer service..I understand there was a class action lawsuit about the Ice maker clocking out. I called got the run around about it being out of warranty.. Offered me a $200 coupon towards the purchase of a new fridge..ridiculous
