After changing the water filter, following the instructions to press and hold ice maker on the main panel for 3 seconds the filter indicator will not reset. I have tried several times and it continues to flash red. Also, no where in the manual does it identify what filter is used on this appliance.
It will not reset as directed. I had to unplug and replug the unit and then push the button for three seconds and then it reset.
I had to use google, and put model number in to get the right filter for the unit. I purchased the filter at Lowes, they had no way of identifying filter for unit as well. Technician used Google also.
