LED and OLED TVsCan’t access Netflix. The Netflix programs loads fine. I can access the screen where I select my personal profile, but when I click on it nothing happens. Can’t move to another profile either. Frozen at that spot.

LED and OLED TVsHi there, I can certainly see how frustrating it would be to have one of your streaming apps not working. To help with this, I recommend following the steps in this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003027/
However, if these steps do not resolve the issue, and other apps are working normally, I recommend reaching out to Netflix for further support with the app itself.
