LED and OLED TVsI can download Hoopla but No shows/movies I checkout will play on my new Samsung TV DU7200 or DU6900 TVs, all I get is a blank screen. However, when I check out a movie and press play on my 3-year-old ONN TV it plays right away, no problem. How do I fix my Samsung TVs so they play movies on Hoopla?

LED and OLED TVsHi there, Thanks so much for asking about this. That does sound frustrating. Have you checked for software updates on the TV? Here's a link on how to update the TV: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062224/
If that doesn't work, I recommend trying a factory reset on the TV by following the steps in this link:

Since this is only occurring with the Hoopla app, you may also want to check with the developer for possible updates or additional information. Please let us know if this helps.

LED and OLED TVsBoth Samsung TVs show they have the latest software update. I'll try the reset, but that is a lot of work to get everything back. I'll let you know.
