My tv (model# UN557000B) randomly disconnected from the network while in use and my remote control no longer connects to the tv. I have replaced the batteries and still does not work. In addition, my tv does not recognize my network and am unable to factory reset manually. PLEASE HELP!

Hello @userTTDVw4QiDU! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend attempting a reset on your remote you can do this by taking the batteries out and hold the power button for 10 seconds. After that you can try to pair your remote to the TV again by the following press and hold the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 3 seconds. Your TV will begin syncing with the Smart Remote. If this does not work then you will need a new remote.
