My Samsung smart TV keeps changing channels 0n it own I watching Pluto tv and it automatically changes to another channel usually Samsung plus any ideas why?
Mine has recently started doing the same, in last few days. When watching Live TV it's randomly & repeatedly switching to Samsung TV. Latest update installed. Given its been an issues for some time & is clearly Samsung related - what is happening to fix this?? Cost of the TV, it's unacceptable !!!
I notice on my "smart"tv, the light indicator for the remote sensor flashes wildly and randomly, and when it does it starts changing channels between the regular cable input(channel 3) to Samsung TV. Also, the Samsung remote doesn't work when the remote sensor on the TV is flashing....This all started within the past two days...
Started today (June 20th, 2024). TV keep switching back to the Samsung TV app (if in another app) or changes the channel randomly (if already on Samsung TV).
Important to note that I took the remote control to another room, out of the reach of the Samsung TV, and the problem persists, which means the problem isn't in the remote control.
That's completely unacceptable a company of the size of Samsung to delivery such **bleep**ty experience for a large group of customers.
Really hope they can get this problem sorted out soon, because the smart tv is virtually unusable under such conditions.
Same here. Started a couple weeks ago when I was watching the streaming channels that come w/ the TV (in the 1200s). Now does it on just regular over the air channels. I do not have cable. As others have said, seems to happen around the top of the hour.
