I am unable to install apps on my samsung uhdtv 2021 model, I didn’t have the problem before but Now I can’t download any apps I reseted my tv and now it’s worse I can’t download youtube or Netflix now which was already there before resetting, when I download and app it says, “unable to install. Please try again later. (Youtube. 102035)” it’s the same error code for every app. I tried plugging and unplugging and also change the internet but nothing seems to work.
That does sound frustrating! I know you said that you reset the TV, but have you made sure that it's updated to the latest firmware/software? Sometimes things on TVs, phones, etc. won't work properly without it being updated. You can go to your TV settings and about TV or Contact Samsung to see if the TV needs the update. If you'd like, you can also call in to 1-800-SAMSUNG (1-800-726-7864) and have a phone agent remote into the TV itself and see what's going on exactly.
