LED and OLED TVsmy tv has been updated to firmware 14000.3 it checks for updates every time i turn it on and auto updates are not set to automatic. Samsung plus was not working (it was hacked and a bunch of tvs got the fake firmware) and tech support told me to do a reset and now i cant accept terms and conditions. i searched on Samsung for firmware to see if there was a fix but only shows

my tv was working fine until this, I'm not going out of my pocket to ship my tv or drive 200 miles to a service center. this issue need to be fixed, I've been without a tv for 2+ months. I pay for internet and streaming services to watch tv I'm not being compensated or my issue resolved.

LED and OLED TVsremote from tv, i cant connect with phone and i don't have the app to try that way for android.
