Monitors and MemoryDoes anyone know how I can contact them via chat, form, email ・・・・・・, or any other means other than phone?
I have a speech impediment, so I can't talk. So I can't make phone calls.
My Samsung SSD is broken.
I was going to ask Samsung to repair it.
But the Samsung US customer support website only has a phone number.
When I asked Samsung on FACEBOOK or Samsung Semiconductor, they all said.
