My remote exit button only goes to the ion channel

Just recently, every time I press the "exit" button on my tv remote, it goes to the ion channel in the Samsung Plus.  I have put new batteries in the remote and unplugged the tv to try and reset it but nothing works. It's frustrating.

You can customize the remote buttons maybe you accidentally changed them

You can't customize them to that extent.

Its very frustrating. I watch a lot of tv that comes from my antenna. I only have a hot spot for my internet (I live in the country) . I never had any problem before but now when I hit exit, it goes right to the Samsung TV plus channels. I have to either hit the return button (if I was on a regular channel) to get where I want to go or scroll up to where the regular channels are.

Take the batteries and hold down the power button for ten seconds. This should reset the remote. Put the batteries back in and let me know if it worked.
